Operating out of our 15,000 sq. ft. Egg Harbor Township, NJ facility, our client base is commonly located along the North East Atlantic Seaboard and adjacent Inter Coastal Waterway, rivers and tributaries. Our equipment is optimized for the coastal area with a typical operation depth down to 120 feet. Our state of the art equipment allows for an initial search to be conducted at tow speeds of up to 10 knots to facilitate preliminary evaluation of target areas. We then customize more refined search protocols based on initial data review. Upon completion of a survey we provide lat/long coordinates of all promising targets through WAAS enabled GPS tagging. | For Sale: 46X14 ft Chesapeake deadrise built in 1996 by Jack and Eldon Willing of Deal Island. She is made of clear Honduras mahogany over a clear white oak frame using 1.25 inch strip planking in a cold molded method similar to the construction method used on the best-built, ocean-going Cape Hatteras boats. This technique involves each plank of mahogany being epoxy-glued and screwed not only to the oak frame but also to the adjacent mahogany strip making the hull extremely strong. Power is a pair of Cummins 6BT, 210hp with 1,700 hours. She has an active USCG COI for 12+2; USCG stability letter for 28. She has a full electronic package including a JRC 64 nm 6kw open array radar, Northstar 952XW color GPS, Sitex 209 1kw color sounder, Icom VHF's. She also has an ACR Cat 1 EPIRB, liferaft and a pair of Aetna digital tachometers. Her COI is valid for Near Coastal waters and she has fished the offshore Canyons. Inside she has an electric head, mahogany cabinetry and a 4-person mahogany dinette table. She has a hydraulic windlass and hydraulic steering from 2 stations. She cruise at 17 kts at 2200 and burns 12.5 gph (6 gal/engine/hr). Her hull was epoxied with 4 coats of West System in the Spring of 2005. And the entire boat was primed with Awl Grip primer 545 and painted with Awl-Grip Matterhorn White at the same time. ??Any comparison made between this custom built vessel and any of the fiberglass production hulls now available would only embarrass the owners of an Evans, Chesapeake or Markley hull. This vessel is faster, more efficient, stronger and more comfortable than any of these production hulls.
